Resources to Read Aloud Textbooks

We recognize that not every individual utilizes the same software to meet their accommodation needs, so we want to provide you with several alternatives, so you can choose the option which is best for you.

Read & Write Gold

For students who are current Read & Write Gold users, we suggest continued use of this platform for the reading of your exams and quizzes aloud.

Accessibility Settings in Android and iOS Devices

You can have your Android or iOS device read aloud written information on your Android or iOS devices by utilizing your device’s accessibility settings. Information on how to change the settings on your device is available. Note: You do not need an Amazon Kindle for these settings to function.

VitalSource, a resource which enables individuals to purchase eBook versions of their textbooks, is providing support to students who may have lost access to course materials during this time.
